The current process of debate that is now practiced within our Legislative Department has one minor fault that I do not agree with. The statements and responses do not allow for immediately and specifically directed arguments against spoken statements. In short, what I say is that the responses to so-called factually portended arguments, are left hanging in the memories.
I therefore have the opinion that our processes of law, litigation, and "due process" must be corrected to allow for a more expedient process, and leave out all the unnecessary rhetoric. While some of such may be necessary, I firmly attest that in plain English, there is too much wordy dialogue.
